Be Motivated

If you really want to achieve something and to complete your goals perfectly, then you need to motivate your team. You can motivate them by providing them with comfortable deadlines so they can complete their tasks without any rush. Respect their ideas whether it is not working out at the end, and acknowledge their professional achievement. Encourage them to learn new skills; times are changing so we all need to learn new skills to enhance our knowledge. You can offer them incentives that will make achieving goals much more valuable to them.
