Leadership is one who has a vision for his business and coordinates with others in his vision. In other words leaders are people who know how to achieve goals and inspire people along the way. Here are some qualities that every leader should follow:

Communication is one of the significant skills of leadership. You have a plan in your mind or it may be clear in your head, but when you try to explain it to someone else and they do not get it, then you know there is a problem. If this is an issue you must focus on improving your communication skills. When you convey your message clearly and shortly, it is really important for your team to understand what you want done in future. Then you all be working with enthusiasm for the same goal. Listening is as important as speaking. Mostly, great leaders listens carefully because they think this is the part of their communication skills.

As a leader you should know how to deal with urgent problems, and then you can easily maintain a disciplined team. Always try to keep up your confidence level. If you are staying calm and confident your team automatically feels the same. Moreover, if you inspire confidence in others then your team makes their best effort to complete the task well.

You can motivate them by providing them with comfortable deadlines so they can complete their tasks without any rush. Respect their ideas whether it is not working out at the end, and acknowledge their professional achievement. Encourage them to learn new skills; times are changing so we all need to learn new skills to enhance our knowledge. You can offer them incentives that will make achieving goals much more valuable to them.

Leaders do no only care about their business but also care about their employees' needs and comforts. Leaders must be flexible with every co worker because some of them have more responsibilities. Mostly working mothers have to manage both at a time, sometimes they have to balance work and home. If their managers or leaders are flexible, it definitely can affect their work efficiency.
Good leaders always motivates their team to achieve bigger dreams. They should have the ability to inspire or to motivate the people around him. Not only with their words, but even their actions demonstrate motivation in workplace.
